Happy you year, If no one has said it to you this year of 2023 I am saying it now.

Happy you year.

May you in this beautiful year make your way back home to yourself safe.

Safe returns.

May you see yourself through and have people in your surrounding who sees you through.

May you win, I mean who does not want to win?

May you enjoy your journey back to yourself.

We do so much for other people that we forget that we are people too that need us to do so much for. I am saying do so much for yourself in this great year.

May it be a great year for us.

Let's experience life in it's own form. Be like water my friend.

Do what you must for yourself.

Do anything to stay you and to stay free.

Do not be hard on yourself .

Do not dispute your wins cause they do not seem like other people's wins.

Have a cup of tea/coffee or a glass of wine/whiskey/brandy whatever that will make you sit down and appreciate yourself. Appreciate who you are. Appreciate how far you have come with the tools and knowledge you have. Appreciate the decisions you have made and you are making for yourself.

This is the time whereby you see you.

You hear you.

You understand you.

This is not just a self love journey, this is a we are human beings journey.

We are a community.

We are here in our bodies.

We are here, living, breathing, seeing, smelling, hearing, touching, speaking our truth, making a daily decision to keep on living.

We are the body, the soul and the heart.

We are one.

I wish you and everyone else would get inspired, be in spaces that inspires you to be who you say you are.

I hope you have a very long fulfilling sigh this great year.

I know it's hard to stay focused and follow your goals especially when the world around you is out of control.

Though I hope you act on your inspirations and have strength to execute them.

I know you know that you are not the only one who receives the downloads that you are receiving, if you do not do it someone else will do it.

Do not be that guy that always says "I should have."

Set the tone.

Make noise.

I know you need to hear this "Set a tone."

Do not be scared to set that tone.

Set standards.

Create boundaries.

Stop for a moment and think, "No thanks, though I'm flattered but NO." say, "This is not for me, it doesn't resonate. This doesn't even align with the life I'm currently living or the life I want live."

Say no to what doesn't feel right.

I vote for Love though......... Peace.
